Title: Machine Operation Specialist
Location: Sparta, NJ
Job Description:
- Sets up and operates machines for customized printing and cutting to meet customer specifications.
- Set up and operate machines to spool, print, or cut materials based on work orders.
- Adjust equipment and materials as needed to meet job requirements.
- Maintain machine efficiency and notify supervisor of malfunctions.
- Cut materials according to customer specifications and ensure quality within tolerance.
- Maintain records of stocked cut parts and inspect random samples during runs.
- Ensure proper screen and ink are used for print jobs, and change press plates as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of machines, tools, materials, and production processes, including maintenance
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, RF Scanning)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move materials
- Ability to stand for long periods
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience or training
Pay: $17-$20 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
