Winder Operator

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Winder Operator! In this role, you'll operate and maintain winding machines, monitor production, perform quality checks, troubleshoot equipment, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor winding machines.
- Perform machine changeovers and quality inspections.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns as needed.
- Load raw materials and move finished products to the warehouse.
- Complete production reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist with training new team members.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must speak and understand English.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
